Bright Sparks is a free service for adults in Sheffield with mental health needs, who may be at risk of energy poverty or debt. 

We offer personalised advice and support to help ease the stress of rising energy costs, build financial confidence and improve overall wellbeing.

How we can help:

  • One-to-one support and group sessions
  • Guidance on energy bills, tariffs and ways to save
  • Support with managing energy-related debt
  • Help accessing grants, discounts and other support
  • Advice on draft-proofing and other energy saving tips
  • Signposting to specialist energy services
  • Free home visits, where an advisor can review your energy use, identify savings and check what support you may be eligible for
